In a continuing game of off-field one-ups-manship, UGA AD Damon Evans received a DUI last night, and officially passed former player, Assistant Director of Personnel, and Bachelor of History, Society, and Technology degree holder Joe Hamilton.
On a more serious note, any day is a bad day to drink and drive, but Fourth of July weekend is particularly bad. Everyone stay safe and take a cab. We now direct you to Every Day Should Be Saturday.

  1. This is at best a mye-tastic event. This won't have a profound effect on either Tech or the (sic). The only thing that MIGHT take place is that Richt will get his indoor practice facility three or four years sooner. The football won't be better or worse. Short of the fact that the dude will have hell to pay for a month or two, the (sic)'s reputation isn't tarnished any more than it already was.

Not saying that I condone drunk driving, but again, this is a non-issue in the grand scheme of things.
