Tech announced today that Morgan Carter, a transfer from Rutgers, will be joining the team this Fall as a walk-on. Carter will have to sit out this year per NCAA rules but hopes to receive a scholarship next season when he is eligible to play. Originally a 3*star WR when recruited out of Woodbridge, Virginia, Carter was playing outside linebacker at Rutgers after bulking up significantly. He will be a junior eligibility wise next year.
