We're betting on Giff Smith as our new DC....

we just don't know who it is yet. Jobu tells us a decision has been made & there is a team meeting this afternoon to announce the decision. It's come down to current defensive line coach & recruiting coordinator Giff Smith or former Virginia head coach Al Groh. We know many players have actively been lobbying for Giff to get his shot. Our money's on Giff & we really like the decision. If Giff is the choice, it most likely means that linebackers coach Brian Jean-Mary becomes recruiting coordinator & defensive graduate assistant Chris Hampton becomes our new defensive line coach. Sets up well for us all around. We'll let you know when we have official news.....
